Traffic and Parking Journal - entry number 16121321641652131236516(1 and 2),

1. It’s a cold and dismal return from a short paradise, the Tuesday was not good to me. I await a long and harsh road of 9am-9pm classes. As I sit shocked that a sliver of extra time presented itself, I grasped at the opportunity to clear out an acquired amount the previous week for parking in a visiting pay lot. I walk the harsh cool walk to my car currently parked in the previously mentioned pay lot. As my eyes the wander, they come across this reflectance of stark white upon my windshield. Could it be? The irony? Yes, there lies a ticket. Only a Warning notice for parking in a hatched area. As I wonder where my mind could have been this morning while parking this vehicle that is so wrongly parked…looking down I notice that I only occupy approximately six inches of this hatch area at the end of row of parking stalls. I roll my eyes at the ridiculous nature of wasted paper and enter my not so cold car.

2. My return to school is both late and not ideal. But must. Keep. Going. I park in the loading dock to take my essentials up the three treacherous levels to my desk. Upon stepping onto the third level I receive a call that I am currently getting a ticket. Impossible I have been there for two minu…wait. My flashers. They would be the death of me. Another Warning ticket. And thus the death of my Tuesday and rebirth as Monday in bitter disguise.

We shall meet again, U of U parking. There is a new day upon us. Blood, sweat and tears may be shed but I will prevail….in this tragedy of Tuesday parking.

-Since I always have my rants about traffic, driving and parking I am mocking myself by making a journal entry. I am a dork, but deal with it. This was the most ridiculous day for parking up at the U of U in all of my 5 years of attendance. Anyways at least I got warnings only right?.
